Likotin sheep cheese was first produced in 2015, inspired by the production of old Likota people (coming from the region of Lika) but this time it contained 100% sheep milk from Lika!
Hard, typically sheep cheese, moderately piquant, whitish and of mild smell. Leaves a sweetish and nutty aftertaste for a longer period. It is produced mostly like other Gligora Inspiration products, so it was soon accepted by cheese lovers, while it still sets apart by its soft taste.
Best storage conditions: 4-16 °C
Old: 3-6 months
Rennet: Microbiological origin
