Pag curd strudel

INGREDIENTS

1 kg curd
3 whole eggs
4 spoons sweet cream
1 lemon peel
2 pcs vanilla sugar
2.5 spoons powdered sugar
2-3 spoons semolina
1/2 kg puffed pastry

PREPARATION

Roll puffed pastry out, cut it vertically into 3 equal stripes.
Put curd filling in the middle of each stripe.
Put mixed yolk (with previously added water) on one side of the stripe, fold it and turn around so that the joining part goes to the bottom.
Pierce the pastry with a fork from above, brush with the rest of the yolk and bake in pre-heated oven at 250°C for about 20 min.
