Liburjan, as can be seen from the very name, was inspired by the ancient Liburnia. The milk used for its production comes from this antique place. This is a true cheese cuvee; cow, sheep and goat milk in best correlation give the excellent bouquet and texture. Šime Gligora and cheese producers strived towards a perfect combination for several months in 2015 until they got the right result.
Though being one of our younger inspirations, Liburjan has already been rated highly at WCA, 2015, in Birmingham, receiving gold and silver in its category!
