New medal for Gligora cheese

Along with Pag cheese, there is also Dinara cheese made of raw milk WHICH is the 2013 winner at the second WCA contest, and it also won second prize in the class of hard cheese ‘Best Continental Hard Type Cheese’, which confirmed its high repute.

Global Cheese Awards is the oldest cheese contest in the UK, established as early as in 1861. This year it had 20 000 visitors who tasted over 1500 cheeses from all around the world, including the delicious Pag cheeses. Since 2012, when the Gligora Dairy for the first time took part in this contest, we won the frist prize twice and the second prize for five times in different categories.
